Finance Committee
PARISH FINANCE TEAMS:
Finance Committee: Our Finance Committee is led by our Treasurer and meets twice per month to review parish and school incoming and outgoing financial efforts, budget compliance and unbudgeted church situations.
Budget Committee: Our Budget Committee is led by our Treasurer and meets to review the current year and upcoming year expectations of Revenue and Expenditures for both the parish and the church school.
Stewardship Committee: Our Stewardship Committee under the direction of our Budget Committee prepares and executes the Stewardship Campaign that is needed to support the upcoming years expectations of needed Revenue in support of the new budget.
Endowment Committee: Our Endowment Committee shall consist of the Treasurer of the parish and four (4) additional members appointed by the Vestry, all of whom shall be members of good standing of the Church of the Good Shepherd (Punta Gorda). Additionally, the Rector and Senior Warden shall be ex-officio members of the committee without vote. The committee will manage the invested funds and oversee distributions from the funds in compliance with the approved spending rules within the Committee Plan of Operation Spending Rule.
